Maintenance work report

On the Reports Maintenance tab the site’s maintenance works appear in one table — with their status, priority, assignee and due date. The statuses are customised: your organisation’s admin defines them, so your list shows the statuses your organisation actually uses.

  • Permission: the maintenance-report right — report:maintenance.
  • Where to find it: the Reports / Export page, the Maintenance tab.
  1. Open the Reports / Export page and switch to the Maintenance tab.
  2. Read the row: time, Status, Priority, the work title (+ description, note), Assignee, Due date (overdue is highlighted), Carried over (shifts), reporter. Filtering/sorting/search and CSV/Excel export work the same as on the Events tab — the status filter picks from your own statuses.
  3. Expand the Note log with the button at the start of the row: you see the work’s status and note history in chronological order (what happened to it in which shift).
  4. If needed, turn on “Incl. deleted”: deleted works also appear (with a deleted badge and reason), so they stay searchable for an audit.

The table shows the maintenance works with their current status; the Note log shows their history; the export gives the filtered-and-sorted view. Deleted works are hidden by default and revealed with the toggle.

What you see Why What to do
“No maintenance work.” Your site has no maintenance work recorded yet. Nothing to do; once one is logged in the diary, it appears here.
A deleted work is not shown Deleted works are hidden by default. Turn on the Incl. deleted toggle.
No “Maintenance” tab You do not have the report:maintenance permission. Ask your admin.
