Tasks report and status summary

On the Reports Tasks tab the site’s tasks appear once per chain, with their current status — plus a status summary that counts, per site, how many are in each status. This is the management overview: where the tasks stand across the whole site.

  • Permission: the tasks-report right — report:tasks. Without it the Tasks tab does not appear.
  • Where to find it: the Reports / Export entry in the account menu, the Tasks tab.
  1. Open the Reports / Export page and switch to the Tasks tab.
  2. Read the Status summary above the list: one row per site, with the count of each status (Not started · In progress · Done · Not done · Not finished) and the Σ (total).
  3. In the table each row is a task chain with its current status: time, status, priority, the task, the number of carried-over shifts, deadline, issuer. Filtering/sorting/search and CSV/Excel export work the same as on the Events tab.
  4. Expand a row’s history with the button at the start of the row: read what earlier shifts reported about it (the chain’s per-shift status and reason).

The summary shows how many tasks are in each status per site; the table shows the chains with their current status; the export gives the filtered-and-sorted view.

What you see Why What to do
No “Tasks” tab You do not have the report:tasks permission. Ask your admin.
The summary numbers do not match the list The summary counts chain heads (current status), not per-shift instances. This is deliberate — a chain contributes one head to the summary.
A site’s tasks are missing Your role has no access to that site. Ask your admin for the site access.
