What are cookies and browser-stored data?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. localStorage also stores data in your browser, but — unlike a cookie — it is never sent to the server; it stays on your device only.
The website (operex.eu)
The operex.eu marketing website sets no cookies. It only stores your display preferences in your browser’s localStorage:

Website visits are measured in aggregate without cookies or browser storage on our own self-hosted Umami server (details: Privacy policy).
The application ({slug}.operex.eu)
The signed-in application uses only strictly necessary / functional cookies (no consent is required for them); there are no analytics or marketing cookies:

The theme preference is stored in localStorage (operex-theme) here too. Without the session cookie, signing in does not work.
Third-party cookies
OPEREX does not use any third-party analytics or marketing cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). If we introduce any in the future, we will update this notice in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.
Managing cookies and stored data
You can review and delete cookies and stored data at any time in your browser settings. If you block the necessary session cookie, signing in and using the application will not be possible.
