- Deterministic, versioned rosters: same input + version = same schedule (auditable).
- Labour-law checks (daily rest, daily/weekly max, night limit, weekly rest day) with a sourced report.
- Also available as a developer API (headless engine) — or through the OPEREX module UI.
- Generates any shift rotation, for any date range (not just a month).
- Handles crews separately, with per-person overrides (dayworker, standby, LEAN).
- Supports mixed 8h/12h shift systems within one site.
Linked to the log: the generated roster feeds the shift diary's roster and attendance.
