Pricing

Build it up module by module

We give the price as a custom quote based on your sites, plants and the modules you switch on. The shift log starts from a public price; the other modules are organisation-wide or custom.

The shift log starts from €99 / mo / site. The final quote is based on your sites, plants and the modules you choose.

Indicative pricing — final amounts are being finalised. For an exact quote, let's talk.

Modules

Choose what you switch on

Each module is switched on and priced separately. The value metric differs per module: the log scales per site, analytics per organisation.

Shift Log

per site

Structured handover, event & incident log with an audit trail.

from €99/ site / month
  • Automatic log lifecycle from the shift rota
  • Event & incident log (HSE severity)
  • Tamper-proof PDF for every closed shift
  • Append-only audit trail (ISO 45001 §7.5)

Operations Analytics

per organisation

A metric from any collected data point — with a target, a trend and a scheduled report.

Organisation-wide moduleflat monthly fee for the whole organisation
  • Switch on any time — value the same day
  • Free metric builder from any data point
  • Cross-site comparison
  • Scheduled report delivery

Permit to Work

per site

Permit lifecycle with an append-only signature trail, tied to the log and the work order.

Custom quoteper site, per month

    Shift Scheduler

    per site

Rostering generator with labour-law compliance checks.

    Custom quoteper site, per month
    • Deterministic, versioned rosters (auditable)
    • Labour-law checks with statute references
    • Any shift rotation, mixed 8h/12h too
    • Annual roster as PDF and Excel

“Coming soon” modules appear automatically as priced cards when they go live.

    Extras

    Paid add-ins

They extend what a module can do, or apply to your whole account. Order them separately — no other plan required, and none of them are mandatory.

Data series that roll across shifts

    for Shift Log

Continuous recording whose lifetime belongs to the process, not the shift: lab results, in-process sampling, batch tracking. The next shift keeps writing into the same series and sees the history.

    Custom domain

    With any module

Your log runs on your own address (e.g. log.yourco.com), and its emails come from there too. The free yourco.operex.eu subdomain is included with every module — this is for when you want more than that.

    Multilingual reading

    With any module

Your shift records in its own language; your foreign colleague reads the log in theirs, with a toggle, right in the app. The original document stays unchanged and authoritative — the translation is a marked, non-authoritative layer on top: it renders the intent (not word-for-word), keeps equipment identifiers and names untouched, and flags anything uncertain. English for now; more languages on request.

    Deployment & isolation

    Where the data runs

This is a separate dimension, not a price tier. Everyone gets the shared, RLS-isolated cloud by default at no surcharge; dedicated / on-prem deployment is a paid option.

    Base · no surcharge

    Shared cloud — RLS-isolated

EU data residency (GDPR). Tenant isolation is enforced at the database level (Row-Level Security), measured in production and tested in CI.

    • Included with every module, no surcharge
    • Own subdomain (yourco.operex.eu) — included
    • Branded sign-in (white-label) — included
    Enterprise · surcharge

    Dedicated instance / on-prem / air-gapped

For large, regulated operations where data sovereignty is a requirement. Keycloak SSO, own MinIO storage, custom SLA. Custom quote — a fee on top of the shared cloud.

    • Dedicated instance on our infra or yours
    • Air-gapped (offline) deployment
    • Paid — by custom quote

    Frequently asked questions

    How is OPEREX priced?

Module by module. Each module is switched on and priced separately: the shift log per site, Operations Analytics per organisation. The deployment mode (shared cloud or dedicated / air-gapped) is a separate dimension. We give the exact price as a custom quote.

Is the price per site or per user?

Per site, per month — with unlimited users at that site. Operators, shift supervisors, plant managers and so on are all included; you don't pay per seat.

Why is Operations Analytics priced per organisation?

Because its value comes from comparing across sites, and its cost is at the organisation level, not per site. The upside: the more sites you have, the cheaper analytics is proportionally.

    Can I add modules later?

Yes. Every module can be switched on separately at any time and is priced separately. Analytics sits on your existing log data immediately — value from the day you activate it.

Can I get my own domain?

The free yourco.operex.eu subdomain is included with every module. If you want a fully custom domain (e.g. log.yourco.com), that is a paid add-in — available alongside any module.

    What do the prices cover?

The currently shown prices are for the shift-log module. As further modules — incident investigation, permit to work, CMMS — go live, pricing expands accordingly.

    Can we try it first?

Yes — we run a pilot on one of your units so you can see OPEREX on your own operational processes before committing. Get in touch to set one up.
