Which plan is right for my company?
It follows your data-isolation need, not headcount. Choose Starter if you run a single site or are an SME without dedicated IT and shared cloud is fine. Choose Business if you need data isolation, white-label and your own domain across several units or sites. Choose Enterprise if you require data sovereignty — on-premise or air-gapped (e.g. Seveso or a closed network) with a custom SLA.
Is the price per site or per user?
Per site, per month — with unlimited users at that site. Operators, shift supervisors, plant managers and so on are all included; you don't pay per seat.
Can we move to another plan later?
Yes. You can move up as you grow — from the shared-cloud Starter to a dedicated Business project, or to a self-hosted / air-gapped Enterprise deployment — without losing your data or audit trail.
What do the prices cover?
The currently shown prices are for the shift-log module. As further modules — incident investigation, permit to work, CMMS — go live, pricing expands accordingly.
