2. Billing partner
The payment and billing provider has not yet been selected. OPEREX is in a pilot / early-access phase — there is no live paid subscription yet. The payment provider, together with the related billing and data-processing terms, will be added to this document before paid billing goes live.

OPEREX's database, authentication and file storage (self-hosted Supabase, operated by us) run on the same Hetzner server, within the European Union (Germany).

- Hetzner Online GmbH — server and hosting; also runs the self-hosted database, authentication and file storage (EU, Germany)
- Resend Inc. — sending transactional and notification emails (US, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)
- Payment processing — provider selection in progress (see section 2)

The content, design and source code of the operex.eu website, as well as the OPEREX application, are the intellectual property of the operator. All rights reserved © 2026.
6. Development and search optimization
The OPEREX website and application — from the custom multi-tenant SaaS architecture to the self-hosted data infrastructure — were designed, built and are operated by jmeszaros.dev — custom SaaS and web application development.
Search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO — preparing the site for AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) are provided by seutudas.hu — SEO & GEO knowledge base and search optimization.
