Locking out a departing colleague

A departing colleague’s account can be deactivated in one click: they can no longer sign in, but their logs, reported events and audit trail are kept — nothing is deleted.

  • Log authorship stays traceable years later
  • The account can be restored at any time
  • Both lockout and restore leave an audit trail
Feature

Invitation tracking and last sign-in

The Users tab now lists the invitations you sent with their status — Pending, Registered or Revoked — and a pending invitation can be resent or revoked.

  • Resend an invitation e-mail that got lost or went to spam
  • Viewing the roster is a separate, delegatable permission
  • “Last signed in” column — behind its own permission, for security use
Improvement

The full story of each maintenance job

Priority, assignee and target date on each job; per-shift comments build into a chain, and clicking a row opens an editor with every field and the full history.

  • Priority, assignee, due date — overdue is highlighted
  • A comment chain from shift to shift
  • Deleted work isn’t lost: it stays searchable, with the reason
Feature

History of carried-over items

Carried-over tasks and maintenance jobs now carry a “history” button: a timeline showing, shift by shift, what state the item was in and what was noted about it.

Feature

Maintenance work on the shift log

Record the maintenance work done or under way during the shift right on the log — and anything not closed carries over to the next shift by itself, until it is finished.

  • Open work carries over to the next shift
  • Your own status list: you decide what counts as closed
  • Its own report tab, with CSV/Excel export
Feature

Your own event types

Rename, colour, reorder and switch the log’s event types on or off; with several plants you can set which type is available at which plant.

Improvement

Clearer standing orders and tasks

Task status is one click along a progress track, the list brings high priority to the top, and the log shows who acknowledged a standing order, and when.

  • Four states: not started → in progress → done → not completed
  • “Nth shift” badge: see how long an item has been rolling
  • A standing order with no end date: “Valid until revoked”
Feature

Protected shift closing and post-close history

A log can only be closed by hand near the end of the shift, so it can’t be finalized mid-shift by accident; and any changes made after closing — who changed what and when — are tracked on a separate history timeline.

  • Configurable lock window (30 minutes by default)
  • Follows your shift schedule and timezone
  • Post-close edits shown on a dedicated history
Improvement

Seamless typing on mobile

The live log now auto-saves in the background, so the keyboard no longer drops mid-typing on iPhone and iPad — you can keep writing without interruption.

Feature

Automatic shift-log PDF

Every closed shift now produces a tamper-proof PDF report — saved to the server automatically and available to download or preview any time.

  • Generated automatically at shift end
  • Download and preview from the archive
  • Optionally emailed to your contacts
Improvement

Cleaner archive and read-only mode

Archived logs are read-only until you explicitly edit them; closing a log simply finalizes it.

Feature

Shift attendance and worker roster

Record exactly who worked each shift, picked from a managed roster of workers (name and position).

Feature

Record events on the shift log

Log incidents, near-misses, quality deviations and maintenance-triggering events right on the log — with severity and an open→investigating→closed lifecycle.

Feature

Build your own log

A drag-and-drop builder lets you design your log's sections and fields — text, numbers, lists, tables, images — or start from ready-made templates.

  • 12 field types, responsive layout
  • Template gallery from reference logs
Feature

Manage multiple plants

One organization can run several plants — switch between them, with per-plant permissions and per-plant log setup.

Feature

Export your data

Turn any datapoint into a CSV/Excel report with a point-and-click builder; saved definitions re-run with one click.

Feature

Automatic shift logs

The system opens and closes shift logs automatically from your schedule and timezone — no manual start.

Security

Corrections leave an audit trail

Authorized roles can correct a log, but every change is recorded — nothing can be rewritten silently.

Improvement

Make it yours: logo, color, language

Custom logo, brand color, shift types and timezone per organization; interface language in Hungarian or English.
