Add-ins — overview and requesting activation

The Add-ins tab lists the paid add-ins you can switch on alongside your modules: what each one does, whether it is enabled for your company, and — if not — a button to request activation.

  • Permission: tenant administrator — tenant_role:manage.
  • Where: in the management area, Subscription group, Add-ins tab.
Add-in What it does
Data series that roll across shifts Continuous recording (lab results, sampling, batch tracking) that the next shift continues in the same series.
Custom domain Your log runs on your own address (e.g. log.yourco.com) instead of the free yourco.operex.eu.
Multilingual reading & reports An assigned colleague reads the log in their language; the report reaches a recipient in theirs — alongside the original.
  1. Open the Add-ins tab.
  2. On the add-in’s card you can add a short note (optional) — e.g. which site, from when, for how many users.
  3. Click Request activation.
  • A confirmation appears with the ticket number (e.g. “Request sent (#12)”).
  • The card shows “Request sent · #12”, and a Follow the request link takes you to the ticket under Help → Support — you see OPEREX’s reply there and can answer.
  • While the request is open, you cannot send another one for the same add-in (the button is disabled and says why) — so support never gets duplicate tickets.
  • Once enabled, the card says “Enabled”, and if the add-in has settings, a link takes you there (for translation: PDF & email → Translation).
Question Answer
What does it cost? Pricing is quote-based — the OPEREX team comes back to you with a quote.
Can I withdraw the request? Write in the ticket under Support; once the ticket is closed, the request ends and you can send a new one later.
There is no “Add-ins” tab You don’t have tenant_role:manage (tenant admin) — ask your administrator.
Is data lost when an add-in is switched off? No. Switching off deletes nothing — recorded data stays.
