The public sign-in page

Your sign-in page is also your workspace’s public face: it is what anyone who opens your organization’s address sees. On the Public page tab you set the hero image, the privacy notice and the legal notice — the latter two reachable from the sign-in footer.

  • Permission: the tenant-administrator right — tenant_role:manage.
  • Where to find it: the Public page tab in the management area.

A banner (16:9) shown at the top of the sign-in page. Upload an image; leave it empty for no hero image.

A sentence or two about the company / site — shown as the subtitle on the public sign-in page.

The base template is already loaded — edit it freely for your own processes.

  1. Edit the text in the text box.
  2. The [bracketed] placeholders are filled from your company profile (General tab → Company details) — keep them or overwrite them.
  3. Save the page.

Below the box you can see whether the text “Currently follows the base template” or is “Custom (edited) text”. The Reset to default button reloads the template at any time (your edited text is lost).

The legal notice is auto-composed from your company details (General tab → Company details). If it stays empty, fill in your company profile on the General tab so it appears.

  • Additional note (optional): free text below the auto-composed details — e.g. company registration number, registering authority, hosting provider.

At the bottom of the tab, the Preview link shows how the public page looks live.

What you see Why What to do
No “Public page” tab You do not have the tenant_role:manage (tenant-admin) right. Ask your admin.
The legal notice does not appear The company profile is empty. Fill in Company details on the General tab.
[bracketed] text is left in the notice The placeholders are filled from the company profile, which is incomplete. Fill in the company profile, or overwrite the placeholder manually.
My custom notice is gone Reset to default reloaded the template. Reset overwrites the custom text — think before saving.
