Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Invalid sign-in details.” | Wrong email or password — or you are signing in at another organisation’s address. | Check you are on your own organisation’s sign-in page, and the password; reset it if needed. |
| The reset email did not arrive | Spam folder, a mistyped address, or no account for that address. | Check the spam folder; for security the system says the same thing even if there is no account. |
| The reset link does not work | The link expired or was already used. | Request a new one from the Forgot password? page. |
| I have no account | Access comes from an invitation. | Ask your employer for the invite. |
| I have to sign in again after a while | A sign-in lasts as long as your organisation has set (8 hours by default, at most 13 — the sign-in page shows it); after that it expires for security. The administrator sets it on the Control panel → Sign-in security tab. | Sign in again. On a shared computer, always sign out at the end of your shift. |
