Account settings: name, password and language
On the Account page you manage your own account: your display name, your password, the interface language, and if needed, deleting the account. You reach it from the account menu.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Anyone signed in can reach their own account — no special permission is needed.
- Your email is the account’s identifier; it is shown here but not editable.
Your display name
Section titled “Your display name”- In the Profile section, change the Display name — it appears in the diaries next to your signatures.
- Click Save. “Name saved.”
Your password
Section titled “Your password”- In the Change password section, enter your Current password.
- Type the New password, then the same in Confirm new password.
- Save. “Password changed.”
The interface language
Section titled “The interface language”
- In the Interface language dropdown, choose: inherit from the organisation, Magyar or English.
- Click Save language.
Deleting the account (danger zone)
Section titled “Deleting the account (danger zone)”In the Danger zone section you can delete your account. “Deleting your account permanently revokes your sign-in. Your past diary entries and the audit trail are retained (required by law).” Access can later be restored by an administrator via a new invitation.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The password will not save | The current password is wrong, or the two new passwords do not match. | Check the current password, and that the two new fields match. |
| I cannot delete my account | “You are the only Administrator on this workspace…” | Appoint another administrator first, then it can be deleted. |
| The diary PDF did not come in my language | The PDF is always produced in the organisation’s language, not your interface language. | This is deliberate — the PDF is an official document in the organisation’s language. |
