Completing a campaign startup checklist: tick, measure, N/A, undo

On the Start-up list tab of the campaign drawer, above the list editor you see the execution: per item the state (Open · OK · Not OK / out of range · N/A) as text, icon and colour, who recorded it and when, the comment and the evidence photo. The state is kept by the server — the gates and the automatic phase step see the same.

  • The campaign has a startup checklist (see: Campaign startup checklist).
  • Permission: campaign:checklist:execute. If the item has a responsible role, only that role can record it — the completion right alone is not enough.
  1. Record. In the item row choose the result (tick · OK / not OK / N/A · for a measurement the value, decimal comma accepted), write a comment if the item requires one and attach a photo if it is mandatory. Record is enabled only when all required evidence is there — the server checks the same, and the photo is bound to the item together with the record.
  2. N/A with a reason. If the item does not apply, N/A with reason → enter the reason (at least 5 characters).
  3. Late completion. If the campaign is already in production, a “close before start” item needs a late reason. A “may close after start” item can be completed in production too; an overdue due date is shown in red.
  4. Undo. On a recorded item, Undo. Without a signed gate no reason is needed. After a signed gate a reason is required and the undo invalidates the gate signature — the phase does not step back, but re-signing is needed. The photo of the undone item is archived (its trace remains).
  • Training — set who takes which exam on the Training tab; the item is done when every selected person has passed (see: Campaign training item).
  • Module condition — e.g. “No open work permit on the plant”. The server computes it when the drawer opens and before a gate signature / phase step. If the source module is switched off, the item shows its last state with “the source module is switched off” and does not count as done — the manual fallback is N/A with a reason.
  • “Only the responsible role can record this item.” — a role is assigned to the item; ask a colleague in that role.
  • “Already recorded — undo it first.” — re-recording only after undo.
  • “The photo cannot be attached to this item.” — only your own freshly uploaded photo can be attached.
