Campaign training item: who takes which exam
On the campaign startup checklist, an item of kind Training is done when every selected employee has passed — the selection is the rule. You set the selection on the Training tab of the campaign drawer. One exam per item; for more exams add more training items.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The list has an item of kind Training (Start-up list → edit item → completion: Training).
- Permission: for the selection campaign:training:assign; for confirming manual attendance campaign:checklist:execute.
- An exam needs the Training module switched on and an active exam. Without the module a manual briefing is possible.
- Who. On the Training tab, at the item, Who / Exam → tick the employees (active employees of the campaign site; All / None).
- Exam. Choose an exam from the Training module and decide: a valid earlier pass is accepted, or must retake for this campaign. Without an exam (Manual briefing) give a topic and optionally a material link.
- Due date. Defaults to the planned start day; can be changed.
- Save. Save selection creates (or updates) the assignment in the Training module; employees see it on “My trainings”. If you remove someone after a signed gate, a reason is required and the gate signature is invalidated.
- Live state. Per person the tab shows: assigned · due soon · overdue · passed · number of attempts. The state is computed by the server from the Training module when the drawer opens. Only those missing filters the list.
Manual briefing and a switched-off Training module
Section titled “Manual briefing and a switched-off Training module”- Manual briefing: the shift leader confirms attendance per person (tick → Confirm attendance of the selected), optionally with a photo of the attendance sheet. When everyone is confirmed, the item is done.
- If the Training module is switched off later: the item keeps its last computed state (“Last computed state: 2/3 done”), but does not count as done — the tab says: “The Training module is off — manual attendance confirmation is the fallback”. There is no silent green.
Common errors
Section titled “Common errors”- “The Training module is off — no exam can be assigned.” — choose a manual briefing, or have the module switched on.
- “Only active employees of the campaign site can be chosen.”
- “The Training module is on — the exam decides.” — with the module on, manual confirmation is not available.
